Taxmegeddon a sure thing now with Obama at the helm.

I think we can safely say that We the People are in for a rough time for the next at least one decade and maybe more now that Obama is again in the White House and free now to do anything he pleases.  Obamacare is a sure thing with its 18 new taxes (that we know of that is, because no one really knows all that the 2000+ pages contain or who the desk jockeys bureaucrats   behind the scenes and unelected will regulate and rewrite the bill!)  Obama is in bed with the United Nations (remember me once telling you he wanted to be President of the World?) and the United Nations is looking very closely at all the wealth in the United States that can be  ”Shared” with the rest of the world.  One plan is Agenda 21.  If you don’t know what Agenda 21 is then go to the right hand column and check out what I have written about it.  Or, you may want to buy Glenn Beck’s new book call appropriately: “Agenda 21″.  It is very bad news for us People; very bad indeed.

Anyhow we elected the beast so we will now have to pay the piper as they say.  I thought you might like to see what theHeritage Foundationa AND the Congressional Budget Office says that just Obama’s tax rate hikes will cost you next year (and this is just the beginning,)  BB

The Specter of Taxmageddon Rises
No amount of garlic, crosses, or exorcists can help us—only Congress and the President can chase this ghoul away.

It’s Taxmageddon.

A horrifying combination of expiring pro-growth tax policies from 2001 and 2003, the end of the once-temporary payroll tax cut, and just a few of Obamacare’s 18 new tax hikes, Taxmageddon will be the largest tax increase EVER to hit Americans. It’s nearly $500 billion in one year, starting January 1.
The number $500 billion is rather large and abstract, so The Heritage Foundation has broken down the expected tax increases per person just for 2013:

  • Families with an average income of $70,662: tax increase of $4,138

 

  • Baby boomers with an average income of $95,099: tax increase of $4,223

 

  • Low-income workers with an average income of $24,757: tax increase of $1,207

 

  • Millennials with an average income of $23,917: tax increase of $1,099

 

  • Retirees with an average income of $42,553: tax increase of $857

And if that isn’t scary enough, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office has forecasted another recession in the coming year. The last thing this country needs is another recession, after years of high unemployment and months of a sluggish, barely noticeable recovery.

The tax hikes will hit small businesses very hard—and not just any small businesses, but the ones that create jobs. As Heritage’s Curtis Dubay and Romina Boccia explain:

The businesses that would pay the higher tax rates proposed by President Obama earn almost all the income earned by small businesses that employ workers. According to President Obama’s own Treasury Department, these job creators earn 91 percent of the income earned by flow-through employer-businesses. These are the biggest, most successful small businesses. They employ more than half the private workforce, according to an Ernst and Young study. Raising their taxes would destroy more than 700,000 jobs.

There’s one way to address Taxmageddon—reverse it.

Why hasn’t Congress acted to prevent this? Simple: The Republican controlled House passed a bill that would prevent the largest share of Taxmageddon, but the Democrat controlled Senate failed to finish the job.

It appears this job will fall to the next Congress now. When the new Congress takes office on January 3, 2013, after counting the electoral votes for the presidency, the first order of business should be to reverse Taxmageddon. The congressional leadership and the successful presidential candidate should make clear right after the election that reversing Taxmageddon will be their top priority, to reassure businesses and employees as soon as possible.

If this future Congress also fails to act, as the current Congress has, a Congress who, when economic darkness threatened, chose this cruel and mysterious route of making things worse.  And a country that elected a President  whose sole desire is to destroy America; to have the United States give to the third world countries until we too join their ranks.  You had only to read his book, “Dreams of my Father” or seen the movie Obama: 2016 to know the true.  Too bad so few paid attention.  BB

The Monster Law of the Seas Treaty (LOST) has been SUNK

For two years now I have been screaming from these pages about LOST   (Law of the Seas Treaty)    the United Nations treaty to take America away from Americans.  President Obama of course has been mucho behind this as have a great many other Democrats who hate America.   (If you need more information on LOST please see my topic cloud at the bottom of the right hand column for my articles and references. )  anyhow, the Conservatives won and Lost was as the headline says SUNK! Thank  God and We the People who have  made the phone calls and emails and letters to put pressure on to defeat this monster again in Congress.   But please don’t make the mistake of forgetting it because just as it has raised it nasty head before this with other Presidents it will come again.  Evil does not die and neither doses it go away; the United Nations is EVIL.

Obama and the United Nation’s “Law of the Seas Treaty LOST”. A DANGEROUS agreement between thugs of the world.

You might easily have guessed that Obama would push for the United Nations’s “Treaty of the Seas” or “LOST Law of the Seas Treaty”.  This treaty is DANGEROUS as it would give the United Nations control of not only the oceans but of all navigable waterways  (meaning even a pond on which you can fl;oat a canoe!). The United Nations under this treaty will also have the right to any products from the sea or sea bed ( fish, sea food of any kind, oil, treasure from sunken vessels, and any thing else that comes from the water ways  and remember these waterways are not just the oceans even though the treaty implies by it’s name that only the seas or oceans will be involved.) I have blogged on this before if you want to search my blog for the previous post.  And/or read this newsletter from The Heritage for Action for America  Conservative group and go to the web sites recommended.   But what ever you do please inform yourself and then contact your representatives and Senators.   Obama is afraid he may lose this election and he and those who hate America are in high gear to do as much damage as possible before he is put out of office.  Now and until Romney is sworn into office we must keep a sharp eye on this monster.  BB

The Obama Administration is pushing for the ratification of another dangerous treaty. Known as the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST), this United Nations treaty threatens American sovereignty by creating a new international organization to administer 70 percent of the earth’s surface.

We don’t need another unaccountable international agency, which is why the Senate has refused to ratify LOST for three decades. But now, led by President Obama, liberals and radical environmentalists are beginning a new push for ratification.

Under Article 82, the Jamaica-based International Seabed Authority will seize royalties from offshore oil drilling and distribute them to developing nations – even some that may sponsor terrorism. Beyond that, the treaty would require the U.S. to engage in mandatory dispute resolution, which could lead to a U.N.-imposed cap-and-trade style regime.

The House of Representatives has already sent a clear message: the Senate should reject LOST, and if they do not, conservatives in the House will make sure this dangerous treaty cannot be implemented. Undeterred, Senator John Kerry (D-MA) is planning to ratify this fatally flawed treaty during Lame Duck.

Agenda 21 – Sustainable Development

Have you heard of UN Agenda 21?

 

Even if you haven’t heard of Agenda 21, you may recognize some of these terms:  Sustainable Development, Smart Growth, Public Private Partnerships, Alternative Energy, Green Jobs.

 

UN Sustainable Development Agenda 21 was issued in 1992 at the UN’s Earth Summit.

Agenda 21 is the United Nations Plan for “Sustainable Development”.  This blueprint for global transformation sounds wonderful on the surface.

 

But, this agenda, signed by 179 nations at the UN Conference on Environment and Development in 1992, binds governments around the world to a plan for changing the way we eat, learn, communicate and live.

 

Please add information that you find about Agenda 21 and in particular where you see it in NC (we already know that Asheville, Carrboro, Cary, Chapel Hill, Charlotte, Chatham County, Durham, Orange County, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem are on board).  Add suggestions about what we can do too!

imageWhile liberal journalists continue to claim that Agenda 21 is just a “conspiracy theory” being advanced by right-wing crackpots, theInternational Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and the International Council for Environmental Law (ICEL) have released their fourth Draft of the International Covenant on Environment and Development. This document was designed from the beginning to convert the “soft-law” non-binding Agenda 21 into firmly binding global law – enforceable through the International Criminal Court and/or the dispute resolution features of the Convention on the Law of the Sea.
Few people understand that it is standard operating procedure for the U.N. to issue a massive non-binding policy document to test the water and make adjustments to its plans before introducing the real, legally-binding treaty. For example, the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a “soft-law” instrument, was the precursor to the two 1966 U.N. Covenants on Human Rights. The 1992 U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change called for “voluntary” compliance. But at the first meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention, the group agreed to create a Kyoto Protocol to the Convention that would set legally-binding targets for all member nations.Two excellent analyses of this document are available here, and here. Mr. Sachs is either ignorant of the facts, or is deliberately trying to mislead his readers. President Clinton’s President’s Council on Sustainable Development operated between 1993 and 1999 expressly for the purpose of implementing the recommendations in Agenda 21. At the 11th meeting of the PCSD, Ron Brown, then- Secretary of the Department of Commerce, said that his department could implement 67% of the recommendations under his jurisdiction by rule, without the need for new legislation.Noah M. Sachs, a University of Richmond law professor and environmental expert, said: “Agenda 21 has been a dead letter for 20 years, its recommendations have not been implemented by most governments, and the U.S. has largely ignored it.”

ICLEI: Advancing Agenda 21 around the world

The International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) was created at the behest of the U.N. expressly for the purpose of advancing Agenda 21 around the world. They claim more than 1200 cities around the world have joined their organization for assistance in implementing “sustainable development”—defined to be the recommendations contained in Agenda 21. More than 600 of these cities are in the United States.

Mr. Sachs: Agenda 21 is not a dead letter!

A few organizations, Freedom21, Freedom Advocates in California, and theAmerican Policy Center have been teaching Agenda 21 to people since the mid 1990s. In the last few years, Tea Parties, 9/12 and property rights groups have seen how ICLEI and liberal local officials have been converting the recommendations in Agenda 21 into binding law, by incorporating these recommendations into comprehensive land use plans. Dozens of cities have terminated their membership in ICLEI after local groups showed their elected officials how their plans actually reflect the recommendations in Agenda 21.

Those who like to ridicule by pointing to an imaginary global plot to rule the world, are either ignorant of the facts, or don’t want people to know that the IUCN and the ICEL have been working since 1995 to get Agenda 21 converted into binding international law. It is not a plot. It is not a conspiracy. It is a fact. The IUCN is not going to stop until they are successful. Virtually every environmental treaty adopted by the U.N. in the last several decades was written by the IUCN.

The IUCN consists of governments, government agencies, and non-government organizations. Seven federal agencies pay more than $500,000 per year to be members of the IUCN. Many of these people are the same people who are delegates and attend the U. N. meetings where these treaties are adopted. Federal employees helped write this fourth draft of the International Covenant on Environment and Development.

President Obama is on the Agenda 21 bandwagon

President Obama is on the Agenda 21 bandwagon. In addition to challenge grants offered by federal agencies to entice local communities to create comprehensive land use plans, he, like Bill Clinton, has issued Executive Orders to advance the agenda without interference from Congress. Obama issued an Executive Order to create the White House Rural Council last year. On March 15, he issued another Executive order creating the White House Council on Strong Cities, Strong Communities. The next day, another Executive Order, National Defense Resources Preparedness, vastly expanded the President’s power to control virtually all resources in times of emergency.

In view of the facts that are readily available and undeniable, whenever a journalist or a politician, or an ordinary environmental extremist claims that Agenda 21 is not real, or is just a “conspiracy theory,” or the imaginations of right-wing crackpots, their comments can be dismissed and their motives challenged.

The international community—the U.N., the IUCN, and the ICEL—are working as hard as they can to get Agenda 21 converted into binding international law. It will happen unless informed Americans stand up—as they have begun to do across the country—and kick out ICLEI, Agenda 21, and realize that use of the term “sustainable development” is nothing more than a sound-good substitute for Agenda 21.

Everyone should learn all they can about Agenda 21 and sustainable development, and join the battle to keep it away from America. A great place to start is here (video 18:54).

I have gotten wind and whispers of this buying up by Soros and the Federal Government of flooded mid-western farm land but didn’t track down the facts.  This blogger apparently did so I am bringing you the entire blog and my thanks goes to the author.  I also want to thank a frequent reader and friend, Ted, for leading me to this blog.

Cattle commodities broker Ann writes:

Two HUGE intel leads in my email box this morning from way-back contacts that I’ve had for years, that are actually somewhat connected concepts.

1. File this one under “Now It All Makes Sense”. A Missouri farming and ranching contact just got off a conference call wherein he was informed that the federal government is sending out letters to all of the flooded out farmers in the Missouri River flood plain and bottoms notifying them that the Army Corps of Engineers will offer to BUY THEIR LAND.

Intentionally flood massive acreage of highly productive farmground. Destroy people’s communities and homes. Catch them while they are desperate and afraid and then swoop in and buy the ground cheap. Those evil sons of bitches.

2. Speaking of evil sons of bitches, George Soros appears to be “investing” in farmground through the same puppet company that he used to get into the grain elevator and fertilizer business. The company is called Ospraie Capital Management and is buying up farmground in a joint venture with Teays River Investments as a partner. Here is that announcement:

Okay. Here’s the connection. This Ospraie outfit was a hedge fund specializing in commodities that was started and run by some cocky child who didn’t know how to trade bear markets and got his butt kicked into next week in the grain market of 2008. He also lost a fortune trying to trade RARE EARTH METALS. In fact, it was so bad that he had to shut his fund down because he had promised his investors that he would give them all of their investment money back if the fund lost more than 30% in one year. Whoopsie.

But it appears that Soros swooped in and saved the day because this Ospraie is the “co-investor” with Soros that bought the remnants of ConAgra’s trading operation and renamed it . . . Gavilon. In the industry, it is widely acknowledged that Ospraie IS Soros. That three-page article citation is here, copy and paste the URL into your address bar:

As you probably remember, Gavilon just recently bought both DeBruce Grain out of Kansas City and the biggest grain elevator company in the Pacific Northwest, thus making Soros (who is the money behind Gavilon through both his own Soros Fund Management AND his de facto control of Ospraie) the third-largest grain company in the U.S. with 280 million bushels of storage capacity, behind only Archer Daniels Midland (542 million bushels storage capacity) and Cargill (344 million bushels storage capacity). Bottom line: Soros, through Ospraie, is buying up farmground. Please also note that the hotlink citation above is dated June 26, 2009. My contact says this has been going on for two years – and also remember what I told you about farmground prices inflating wildly, especially in Illinois. I have personally confirmed farmground in Illinois selling for $13,000 per acre within the last month, whereas that same kind of ground in Illinois was going for $5500 per acre the day Obama was inaugurated.

The Army Corps of Engineers in collusion with Marxist-Environmentalists have engineered a flood scenario that will, is, and already has killed people and will result in property damage in the multi-multi billions of dollars. And it is all intentional.

The excuse is saving the wetland habitat of the blue-butted water auk or some taurusfimus like that.

Two points:

1. I’ll say what no one else will about the Army Corps of Engineers: that’s where all the C- state school engineering students end up. Let that reality compound over 30-40 years and you would be FAR better off letting Terry down at the local machining shop or Ricky over t’ the diesel garage run the Missouri River dam system.

2. None of this is ever going to stop until We The People start arresting these people, trying them for treason, and then putting them in prison for the rest of their lives. This will never, ever stop unless there are massive, massive personal consequences for these people.

 

Under cover of the Weiner Hot Doggin’ photos it seems our Obama was actively engaged in making sure the federal government and the planned One World Government  under the United Nations Agenda 21  got it’s tentacles on our rural  lands.  The federal government already owns and therefore controls much of the west and south west  but the deal just set up would give them control over much of the mid section of our nation and even the eastern farm lands.  Couple all this with the United Nation’s LOST or Law of the Seas Treaty which would control all water resources even down to cess pools and a bad thing is being set up. You might also consider the Supreme Court’s ruling on Eminent Domain and how it would help the federal government and the thugs take American’s land from them.  The web or net around our Constitutional rights and our way of life is being tightened faster and faster now.

President Obama by Executive Order set up A White House Rural Council to Promote Economic Growth.  Sounds good but then one gets a look at the membership of the Council and it gets a little scary:  “Twenty-five federal agencies are represented on the Rural Council including Treasury, Defense, Justice, Energy, Education, Transportation, Housing, Health and Human Services, Veterans Affairs, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of the Interior. “

I have blogged in the past on this United Nations plan to strip the United States of it’s wealth and  give it to poorer countries.  It’s Obama’s plan!  His “spreading the wealth around” world wide agenda.  I don’t think there are many Americans who have not gotten the idea finally that  Obama cares more for almost any nation except the United States.  He was clear about his agenda and his interests long before he was elected but no enough of us were listening.  One question?  If you planned to rob the riches family in the neighborhood what is the best way of going about it?  GETTING INSIDE THE HOUSE AS A TRUSTED GUEST OR EMPLOYEE OF COURSE!  And that is what Obama was able to do.  And we are seeing this being played out right now as he and his cohorts use the unions to accomplish his plans.  The  National Labor Relations  Board-union vs.Boeing building a plant  in South Carolina is a blatant step in this direction.  I will bet anyone that no such action would have taken place if Boeing had chosen to move out of the United States!  The EPA Environmental Protection Agency is another of Obama’s instruments; the United States can not drill in our waters but our tax dollars are being given to Mexico and Brazil to drill in the Gulf of Mexico.  BB

Is the Soros-Sponsored ‘Agenda 21’ a Hidden Plan for World Government? (Yes, Only it Is Not Hidden)

What is Agenda 21?  If you do not know about it, you should.

Agenda 21 is a two-decade old, grand plan for global ’Sustainable Development,’ brought to you from the United Nations. George H.W. Bush (and 177 other world leaders) agreed to it back in 1992, and in 1995, Bill Clinton signed Executive Order #12858, creating a Presidential Council on ‘Sustainable Development.’ This effectively pushed the UN plan into America’s large, churning government machine without the need for any review or discussion by Congress or the American people.

‘Sustainable Development’ sounds like a nice idea, right?  It sounds nice, until you scratch the surface and find that Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development are really cloaked plans to impose the tenets of Social Justice/Socialism on the world.

At risk from Agenda 21;

  • Private Property ownership
  • Single-Family homes
  • Private car ownership and individual travel choices
  • Privately owned farms

The Agenda 21 plan openly targets private property.  For over thirty-five years the UN has made their stance very clear on the issue of individuals owning land;

Land cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes. The provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if land is used in the interest of society as a whole.

There are two more, very good reasons to be wary of Agenda 21 and the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) that supports it: George Soros and the United Nations. Soros money has been tracked to funding parts of ICLEI ;

In 1997, George Soros’s Open Society gave ICLEI a $2,147,415 grant to support its Local Agenda 21 Project

As regards the UN, that organization‘s problems with America’s appreciation of freedom and self-determination is one that needs no explanation.

Currently in California, Agenda 21 is working to implement plans to create plans for sustainable management of ‘open spaces.‘ The definition of what is to be considered an ’open space’ has sparked some heated exchanges between those directing the planning meetings and citizens who want private property rights to be respected and protected. (The East Bay Tea Party video featuring a Liberal Democrat arguing against ICLEI can be seen at the end of this article.)

This type of global plan could not be implemented without a large and well-funded group pushing through its priorities. For that, Agenda 21 has the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI). And ICLEI is deeply entrenched in America;

ICLEI USA was launched in 1995 and has grown from a handful of local governments participating in a pilot project to a solid network of more than 600 cities, towns and counties actively striving to achieve tangible reductions in greenhouse gas emissions and create more sustainable communities. ICLEI USA is the domestic leader on climate protection and adaptation, and sustainable development at the local government level.

Over six hundred cities,towns and counties in America are members of ICLEI? Do you support your local government agreeing to rules and regulations set up by a UN-based organization that wants private property transferred to government control? If you would like to see if your community is a member of ICLEI, you can visit their website.

Austin, Texas is one city that seems to have fallen for the ICLEI/Agenda 21 and was heavily consuming the ‘Communitariasm’ Kool-aid. A local group called Texans For Accountable Government saw what was happening and attempted to stop the Austin City Council from adopting some Agenda 21-friendly initiatives. One of TAG’s members, John Bush, delivered a succinct presentation on ICLEI and Agenda 21 that was virtually ignored. Watch his short argument against the proposed local law immediately followed by the lopsided vote adopting the plan.

In the world of business Agenda 21 is not a free market friend, preferring PPPs or Private Public Partnerships where the government decides which companies will receive tax breaks and are allowed to stay in business. In light of this realization, the cozy relationship between the current administration and GE (a company that paid no tax in 2010) should raise eyebrows. And the WH efforts to tell Boeing in which state they can operate seems to further bolster the belief that Agenda 21 ideals are already making headway in America.

The seeds for Agenda 21 were planted back in 1987 when the writings of Gro Harlem Brundtland (a woman who at the time was Vice President of the World Socialist Party) caught the eye of the UN.  Dr. Brundtland wrote a report for the UN called, ‘Our Common Future’ eventually got into the business of environmentalism as a tool to control all the people of the world and establish a global government. The growth of ICLEI and the framework being put in place by supporters of Agenda 21 appear to be bringing Dr. Brundtland’s ideas closer to reality

In recent months, citizen groups across the country have organized and become involved in the removal of towns and cities from membership in ICLEI. The Roanoke, VA Tea Party is holding a rally this week in an effort to have ICLEI removed from their local government.

A guest to my site brought this You Tube video to my attention and it is well worth watching.   It explains very well the “green” environmental  movement and all the scams surrounding this movement.  The Public-Private developments that allowed GM not to pay any taxes this year is part of this.

I sincerely hope you find this as outrageous as I do.  I have always been against the United Nations as the biggest mistake the United States ever BOUGHT.  And I do mean BOUGHT because we pay well over one half of the expenses (tho on paper it is only called 22%.  BB)  for running that high class luxury joint for vipers.  Read the following article.  BB

You might know lots of things about lots of things, but did you know this?

According to Newsmax.com

Biggest U.S. Aid Recipients Oppose America at U.N.

Of the 15 countries receiving the largest amount of aid from
the United States, 14 voted against American positions at the United Nationsmore than half the time — including Afghanistan, Egypt, and Mexico.

That troubling fact comes to light as a congressman is
putting forth an amendment to cut off U.S. aid to nations that routinely oppose American positions at the world body.

According to the amendment from Louie Gohmert, a Texas
Republican, a U.N. member state could not receive aid if it voted contrary to the American stance more than 50 percent of the time in the most recent session of the U.N. General Assembly.

The Foreign Relations Authorization Act requires the State
Department to send to Congress a yearly report on how other nations voted in the General Assembly, compared to America’s vote.

The most recent report, for 2009, shows that of the 15
nations that got more than $300 million in American aid during the fiscal year coinciding with the year under State Department review, only Israel voted with the U.S. more than half the time — 97 percent.(And  Israel is the first one we turn our back on[at least the Obama administration])

Ethiopia, a big aid recipient, voted with America just 8.6
percent of the time. The rest of the 15 nations were Sudan (16.4 percent), Egypt (17.7), Jordan (21.3), Uganda (22.4), Kenya (28.1), Zambia (28.8), South Africa (29.4), Afghanistan (29.9), Nigeria (30), Pakistan (30), Tanzania
(32.3), Colombia (33.3), and Mexico (36.8). Of the 53 nations in Africa, only one — the Seychelles —
voted along with the U.S. the majority of the time, while European Union members sided with America 63.9 percent of the time.

Although the United States pays 22 percent of the regular
U.N. operating budget, CNS News observes, its vote holds no more weight in the General Assembly than a vote from any of the other 191 members, including those that contribute less than 0.1 percent of the budget.

Other amendments proposed in Congress would go even further than Gohmert’s. One from Rep. Paul Broun, R-Ga., would prohibit the U.S. from paying any dues at all to the U.N.

The United States is the world’s cash cow and laughing stock!  Not to mention the numbers of our young men and women who die for these countries who treat us with so much contempt.  It is time it stopped.  BB
