Obama aide defends trial for suspect in Christmas Day attempt to bomb plane –

This is more than outrageous!  The Obama administration with Attorney General Eric Holder an avowed Communist  has decided to try the Christmas Day bomber in federal court and give him a free lawyer and all the rights of an American citizen.  When will our Congress have enough and decide to impeach this creature in the White House?  He is a traitor who has surrounded himself with anti-American traitors.  Congress was  all ready to impeach Bill Clinton for a bit of sex play in the Oval Office  and took him to court for it, but they allow this thing we are now stuck  to ignore our Constitution  because 52% of the voters voted for him.

(I like to point out that when questioned more than half of these voters didn’t even know  where he was from let alone what he stood for.   Hundreds of them lined up in Chicago to get free “Obama money” and when asked where it come from the best answer was from his “stash”.    The Obama thugs were also outside of polling places to frighten White voters away just in case they may have voted for McCain.  And Obama’s old friends at the only job he ever had for any length of time at ACORN are still being investigated and sued in several states for voter registration fraud.  Most of these people never voted before and with a bit of luck never will again.)

Since coming to office Obama has surrounded himself with avowed Communist who idealize Mao and Lenin and Chevez.  He has appointed tax cheats  and people who promote forced sterilization to control populations.  He has bowed before a Saudi Muslim iman.  And And most egregious just before Christmas he signed a Presidential Order giving INTERPOL, the international police force, jurisdiction over
American citizens in direct violation of our Bill of Rights!

His administration is trying the al Qaeda terrorist behind the slaughter of 3000 people on September 11, 2001  in a federal court just blocks from the scene of the hate filled crime.   And now this continuation of the outrageous decisions with the latest Muslim suicide bomber who tried to kill over 200 people by blowing up an air plane.  The only thing that stopped it was a malfunction  of the detonator and the passengers restraining him before he could try again to detonate the explosives hidden in his underwear.

…….the decision to try him in civilian court rather than hold him as a military prisoner. “If we had treated this Christmas Day bomber as a terrorist, he would have immediately been interrogated military-style, rather than given the rights of an American and lawyers,” Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) said on CNN. “We probably lost valuable information.”

Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman (I-Conn.), chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, said it was a “very serious mistake” to send Abdulmutallab to federal court.

“He was trained, equipped and directed by al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula,” Lieberman said on ABC. “That was an act of war. He should be treated as a prisoner of war, held in a military brig, questioned now, and should have been ever since apprehended for intelligence that could help us stop the next attack or get people in Yemen.”

Lieberman and others questioned the administration’s ongoing plans to close the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and transfer or release about 200 remaining inmates there.

“If we don’t stop the practice of releasing Guantanamo detainees to Yemen or to other countries . . . we’re asking for even more trouble,” said Sen. Kit Bond (Mo.), the senior Republican on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, which has said it will begin hearings on the Christmas incident on Jan. 21. “I think there ought to be an immediate halt put to releases from Guantanamo.”

Brennan called Guantanamo Bay “a propaganda tool for al-Qaeda” and countered that 532 Guantanamo detainees had been released by the Bush administration, including some who have subsequently appeared as senior officials in the al-Qaeda organization in Yemen. He said Obama has released 42, including seven Yemenis sent home.

Abdulmutallab, who the administration charges was trained for and tasked with the bombing mission by al-Qaeda forces in Yemen, is being held in a federal facility in Milan, Mich. He is due to appear in federal court Friday.
