Entitlements is where our debt is coming from.  All those promises made by politicians to keep the mobs happy and continuing to vote for them.  Like the bread and circuses for the Roman mobs lead to the downfall of Rome all the entitlements will be the downfall of the United States.  Now we are adding Obamacare.

Spending. As Heritage Foundation Senior Policy Analyst Brian Riedl explains, runaway federal spending is where our historic levels of debt are coming from. Watch:

“The government consists of a gang of men exactly like you and me. They have, taking one with another, no special talent for the business of government; they have only a talent for getting and holding office. Their principal device to that end is to search out groups who pant and pine for something they can’t get and to promise to give it to them. Nine times out of ten that promise is worth nothing. The tenth time is made good by looting A to satisfy B. In other words, government is a broker in pillage, and every election is sort of an advance auction sale of stolen goods.”

-H. L. Mencken

Thank you Ken. The only thing I disagree with is that they are “like you and me”. You and I Ken can see what is happening and are doing what we can to fight this greed that is destroying America, these creatures in our government either can not see or do not care what they are doing. BB
