Ground Zero Mosque

Ground Zero Mosque – IBD – Investors.com

This is an outrage!   Every American should rise up and  demand that this not be allowed.  First the memorial to the  the heros of Flight 93 in Pennsylvania is unmistakably shaped  like the Muslim crescent rather than the “open circle” it’s defenders say it is, and now a 13 story Muslim mosque is being built so close to 9/11  ground zero that some of the debris from the falling towers hit the building that stood on that spot.  See the whole story below.  BB

Political Correctness: While New York City OKs construction of a “monster mosque” at ground zero, the feds pay rent to a D.C. mosque tied to the Pentagon attack. Have we gone totally soft?

Imagine on the 10th anniversary of Pearl Harbor, we let the Japanese erect a cultural center at the site of that attack. Exactly. It would never happen.

So why are Manhattan officials bowing to demands by a group called the American Society for Muslim Advancement to open — on of all days, Sept. 11, 2011 — a 13-story shrine to Islam in the shadow of the beautiful skyscrapers terrorists turned to ashes in the name of Islam? Why aren’t they suggesting they do their Islamic “advancement” someplace else? Why of all places there?

Aren’t officials at least curious why these supposedly “patriotic” Muslim activists named their planned $100 million mosque after the Great Mosque of Cordoba — a legacy of Muslim Spain representing the zenith of Islamic dominance?

There may be nothing to it — except that a radical Islamic school in Virginia, raided by the feds after 9/11, also goes by that name. Cordoba University’s founder was recently named an unindicted co-conspirator in a terror case. Symbolism is not lost on such jihadists.

New Yorkers should by now have built from that giant hole at ground zero a single, mammoth tower as a one-finger salute to radical Islam and all the terrorists it inspires. Instead, they’re building an Islamic tower that Muslim fanatics from around the world will no doubt use as a memorial to their fallen “martyrs” and what they did to us on that “blessed day” of 9/11.

“It’s a slap in our face!” said Nelly Braginsky, whose son Alexander was murdered on 9/11.

It’s also a monumental sign of weakness. Right now, our enemy is laughing at us. And picture this sickening scenario: 9/11 mastermind KSM getting to see workers breaking ground on the ground zero mosque, as Attorney General Eric Holder escorts him to his Manhattan show trial. If we can’t keep even ground zero sacred and free of PC, we truly are doomed to suffer another. And another.

This latest outrage follows one over the Flight 93 National Memorial, which also made a paean to Islam. The original design for the Shanksville, Pa., memorial — called a “Crescent of Embrace” — featured a pathway in the shape of a crescent moon, a prominent symbol in Islam. Only protests from the families of the victims of the flight — downed by Muslim hijackers shouting “Allahu Akbar!” — forced its redesign.

The Muslim people need to rise up and denounce this radical element of the faith . The legit position of any Religious belief should be able to stand up and force the radicals out of their establishment publicly and privately ; This has got to stop . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ow3vdJW5lAc

May it fall as the Tower of Babel!

THIS MAKES ME SICK AND SO VERY VERY ANGRY. OUR PEOPLE WERE “MURDERED” AND WE ALLOW THIS. I WANT THE NAMES OF THE PEOPLE WHO APPROVED THIS BUILDING/SITE. I WANT THERE NAMES NOW. I WANT TO SEE THEM ALL OVER THE TV AND THE INTERNET. THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THIS NATION. AND IF THERE ARE ANY PEACEFUL MUSLIMS OUT THERE THEY BETTER GET UP OFF THEIR BUTTS AND START DENOUNCEING THEIR BROTHERES WHO ARE HELL BEND ON KILLING ALL OF US.. IT MUST STOP.. WHO WHO? HAS THE GUTS TO STAND UP AND STOP THIS FREAKIN MADNESS?

I’m so tired of the words “Politically Correct” that I actually wonder what moron first came up with this phrase. That being said, when does “Politically Correct” apply to what is right or wrong for the normal everyday American or just America in general?

Anyone with, oh, let’s say, the IQ of a 5th grader would tell us that building a Mosque, and one this grand in size, near Ground Zero, is not “Politically Correct” for Americans.

Well, I decided to look up the words “Politically Correct” to see if it actually applies to this situation. A couple of definitions I really liked. In reality, there seems to be many definitions for the phrase, and the words “Politically Correct” go way back in history, but they seemed to have popped up again, back in the 80’s in our country and have been used more and more, as a tool to discredit or fight back against anything and everything one person or group doesn’t like about those in another group.

When arguing, it seem’s once someone accuses another of being “Politically Incorrect” the argument sort of comes to a halt or at least “slows up” somewhat, so everyone can concentrate on whether or not something is “Politically Correct”. What a waist of words and time this phrase really is.

Someone wrote their personal version of this fable on the internet, I chose to use the original version from Aesop’s Fables as an example of the definition of the words “Politically Correct”.

A Man and his son were once going with their Donkey to market. As they were walking along by its side a countryman passed them and said: “You fools, what is a Donkey for but to ride upon?”

So the Man put the son on the Donkey and they went on their way. But soon they passed a group of men, one of whom said: “See that lazy youngster, he lets his father walk while he rides.”

So the Man ordered his son to get off, and got on himself. But they hadn’t gone far when they passed two women, one of whom said to the other: “Shame on that lazy lout to let his poor little son trudge along.”

Well, the Man didn’t know what to do, but at last he took his son up before him on the Donkey. By this time they had come to the town, and the passers-by began to jeer and point at them. The Man stopped and asked what they were scoffing at. The men said: “Aren’t you ashamed of yourself for overloading that poor donkey of yours with you and your hulking son?”

The Man and his son got off and tried to think of what to do. They thought and they thought, till at last they cut down a pole, tied the donkey’s feet to it, and raised the pole and the donkey to their shoulders.

They went along amid the laughter of all who met them till they came to Market Bridge, when the Donkey, getting one of his feet loose, kicked out and caused the Boy to drop his end of the pole. In the struggle the Donkey fell over the bridge, and his forefeet being tied together he was drowned.

“That will teach you,” said an old man who had followed them:

“Please all, and you will please none.”

I think this says it all! ss

Agreed. Good fable.

I remember a day when we all just plain knew right from wrong. We didn’t have to think about it. If that little voice of God inside us didn’t speak loud enough to be heard then our parents sure did and we remembered what was said. Then we the majority started trying to appease the very vocal minority and our troubles began. Now no one seems to know right from wrong or what to do.

Well, I damned well know right from wrong and when I see wrong I step up and speak out. I am tired of weirdos getting their way. BB

What happen September 11, 2001 Trade center,
Mosque should have never been there, I believe
that is the wrong move.

Next the radicals will want to put one out in that field in Pennsylvania where flight 93 I think went down … and then one over at the Pentagon .
This is Not right at all , you are so right its not right , and it needs a big old legal battle over this , and this is one expense the American people probably won’t mind printing a little money to fund this fight over !!!!!!!!!
